Contents to upload

Hello ,well my question is regarding an option "upload a file" .please tell what actually i need to upload i.e the source code + doc or just the .apk file +doc

  Hello! You can upload a ZIP, PDF, or Word document that is part of your submission. If you would like to upload multiple files, please put them in a ZIP file and upload the ZIP file.
  It can be smth that you want to share with judges. It can be your app presentation or just word description.
